Prezzo - Brent

We dined at this restaurant on a Friday night just before 8 o'clock. The initial greeting by the manager was pleasant and the restaurant was beautifully decorated. The food was decent, but our experience was tainted by the service. Our first order was not written down and when it arrived, it was incorrect. We had to flag down the waitress to request the correct menu and then again for more drinks. The staff seemed either disorganized or overwhelmed, with some standing around in the middle of the restaurant or gathered to the side. With so many dining options in the Wembley area, I believe they need to improve their service in order to compete.

Visit them wembley on the day of the event and on the search for places can be a nightmare. most were busy with 1 hour waiting, but prezzo treated her waiting queue well and kept the tables flowing. at the end we waited only 20 minutes before we sat. we ordered. within 5 minutes and our food was served around 10 minutes after the order. very impressed by friendly and efficient staff who managed to keep quiet and efficient. well done.

We visited wembley for a football game we were looking for a lunch option and came over this restaurant that was opened shortly after our arrival. we waited outside and were greeted by very friendly employees who made available despite very busy. fun and modern service. the menu was quite standard, and a good choice. the standard of meal was very good. if we would consider a return visit in the opposite.

The restaurant had great service even though it was busy when we visited. We didn't feel rushed at all. The food was delicious.

We intended to use our Taste Card at the restaurant, but they were not accepting it due to an event at the Arena. This made our meal more expensive than we had anticipated. Despite this, the food was good, although my wife's burger bun was overcooked. We would consider returning, but only if we can use our Taste Card as the overall value was not great.
