However, whe... read more We ordered our usual hamburgers, and although my husband is soft-spoken, I could tell she understood his order because she repeated it back to him. However, when his burger arrived, it was completely wrong. When we inquired about the mix-up, her response was quite defensive, insisting that he had received exactly what he ordered. Although the incorrect burger was sent back to the kitchen and the correct one was eventually brought out, there was never an apology for the mistake. While the burgers themselves were delicious, it's clear that this particular employee's customer service skills could use some improvement.

The food is consistently delicious, and the extensive menu keeps us coming back for more. The servers are always friendly, pleasant, and efficient. Their desserts are incredibly tasty, all made fresh daily by the owner. We highly recommend giving it a try—you won't regret it!

The pizza is... read more We recently relocated to Brenham and have dined here multiple times. The staff is consistently friendly, and there are plenty of tables available. The pizza is outstanding! I particularly enjoy the crunchy chicken wrap. Our kids love visiting the sweet section of the store for ice cream as dessert, and there's a lovely little coffee bar there too. The service is always excellent, the decor is charming, and the restrooms are kept clean.

Needless to say we were very disappointed. The lady at the counter was very ride and making faces at me while I was asking about the menu, so much for hospitality. I am a restaurant manager and I would be very disappointed in my staff and would not tolerate trading a guest in such a disrespectful manner. Once we got our wings, the order was backwards. We ordered eight hot and spicy and fourteen mild, but got fourteen hot and spicy and eight mild. The young lady that brought them out readily offered the excuse that there was a new cook and sorry. Wow, just a little advice never make excuses, just fix the issue. We will never go back. The food was less than par and the service was very lacking!!!!
