We didn't see any social distancing measures being implemented, and the line moved rather slowly. Other than that, it was decent for a coffee break; I just wish it hadn't taken so long to make two frappes and a water.
The staff was welcoming, but sadly, many of the food items were not available. I liked the selection of drink flavors, but I would definitely choose a different coffee option if there were more available. My concerns about Starbucks come from its progressive policies, including being one of the early adopters of gender-neutral restrooms. While I recognize their trendiness, I personally value family and traditional principles more.
Update – In response to Starbucks' reply: Customers should not have to wait longer for their drinks to be made correctly. The points I mentioned are standard expectations for pumpkin beverages. It's essential that your staff receives proper training to resolve these issues, rather than placing the blame on customers.
This Starbucks location consistently delivers the quality you expect. The service is always friendly, and the interior is well-maintained during my visits. I took off one star because the drive-thru tends to be slower than at other locations. I wish I could just deduct half a star for that, but it's worth noting. Nonetheless, it doesn't deter me from returning whenever I'm in the area.
I stopped by this place to pick up some drinks before heading home and opted to place a mobile order. Unfortunately, they were out of the ingredients necessary to complete half of our order, but no one informed us about this. When my mother went up to ask about it, she was largely ignored, except for Alex, who was very helpful, as was Camille.
