The atmosphere is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly welcoming! The grilled dishes are absolutely delightful! I ordered the two-meat plate featuring brisket and ribs, accompanied by potatoes, coleslaw, and cornbread. If you are visiting for the first time ordering is a little confusing. Luckily it was not very busy when we arrived. Had the bbq beef loaded potato. Was pretty good. Only one cashier for 2 lines so there was a little wait to pay as it was cafeteria style set up. Would probably go again if in the area. View all feedback.
The BBQ wasn't the best I've ever had, but it was definitely good enough to justify returning for more visits. I’d like to try it again and update my review if needed.

I dined at this restaurant during my visit from out of town. I used to live in Brenham but moved away a decade ago. As soon as I saw Nathan's BBQ, I told my grandson that we had to eat there before heading out. Although I understand the restaurant has changed owners, the food was just as delicious as I remembered.
The ambiance is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly! The BBQ is absolutely delicious! I went for the two-meat plate, which had brisket and ribs, accompanied by mashed potatoes, baked beans, and cornbread. The sweet tea is also incredibly refreshing! Let's just say we've found our new favorite spot for satisfying our BBQ cravings whenever we visit our son at college!
