Brisket, bot... read more Great friendly counter service bbq joint. Seems like we got there at the tail end of what was available so missed out on the sides other than slaw. Brisket, both moist and lean, was on the drier end of things but the flavor was excellent. Beans were great and the sauce, though not really needed was too. The sausage was definitely lacking in the seasoning department for my tastes, just a bit of a loose texture affair for me. What I assume to be the owner brought out some ribs on the house and they were the standout of the meal. Would definitely come back just for those. Overall, a great pit stop on our drive.

All right. service is excellent and everything is extremely clean! family owned and operated.

The side dishes were delicious, and they have some of the best banana pudding I've ever tasted. The customer service was exceptional. It's the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again.
