I had a perfect experience at this restaurant! I was passing through and saw the open sign, and I am so glad I decided to stop. I tried their sauce, which was delicious. The ribs were so good that they didn't even need it! The service was for takeout, and I appreciated the quick and friendly service. My Family and I ate at the food truck in Lubbock,Texas on March 30;2019.The food was amazing;the Rib's,so tender,good and tasty.The brisket cheese fries, sausage wrap's and peach cobbler all great.I'm always looking for the best Bar-b-q and he hit it on the nail-pre-say.I want to eat there again and try some other item's on the menu.Great food,nice people.

This was absolutely the best brisket sandwich I have had since I was a kid!! The brisket was moist, tender, and the fat was creamy (I got the moist brisket). And the service was friendly as well.
