Unfortunately, this company only works with industrial products from Hiestand or others that are ultimately responsible for the death of small businesses such as bakeries. This is clearly reflected in the quality, I had an inedible tarte flambée but other products that I have already tried are also mediocre. It's a shame if there were two bakeries in the old town with beautiful products that would fit perfectly into a cafe in the old town. We were disappointed and no longer support such a concept and such mediocre management. Two doors down you can enjoy coffee and cake directly at the bakery!
