I indulged in the 11 beers available on tap (10 were brewed in-house, and 1 was a guest tap) and found all of them to be enjoyable. The Czech-style pilsner particularly stood out to me, as it closely resembled what I would find in the Czech Republic. During my visit, they were serving German dishes for Oktoberfest, and the hot mustard was exceptional. The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. When I inquired about nuts in the apple strudel, one staff member contacted the baker to confirm it was nut-free. They also generously gave me some of their delicious hot mustard to take home, along with the recipe. I purchased a liter stein to bring back with me, and they even took the time to wrap it in bubble wrap to ensure it made it home safely. The food was delicious, and they were attentive to allergies. The beer was top-notch, although I wish the brewery was closer to my hometown. Overall, the people were friendly and very helpful.

This place has a wide selection of European beers and delicious smoked meat. We enjoyed our beer flights, as well as the pretzel and smoked brisket plate.
