4 Sisters Pho - Bremerton

Had some very tasty pho. I was always hesitant about pho, because I like soupe and so much. but this place finally made me a Pho-love. the broth was particularly delicious and there was a good amount of meat and noodles, in the great size. I come back to more with family and friends.

We sat in the overrun and found the air conditioning was full of explosion, although it was february, so it was ice cold. we mentioned this to the waiter who handed the buck to the manager who then told us that they can't heat the room because they have living fish that need colder temperatures. flabbergasted, we tried to eat vegetals and guards. the manager finally took on our souls, not by switching off the air conditioning system, but by performing a small space heating that has done nothing to alleviate the hurricane of the air that falls on us. the service was terrible, slow and our waiter was rude. eating was the lowest end of the spectrum. lemongrass huh, for example, was nothing like what they would normally find in a decent Vietnamese restaurant, only fried food, previously boiled chicken in a sick spicy sauce, served with a passable rice and an salate that was only a baptism of nothing, as shredded salat crushed in an oily creamy dress.

Pho is excellent, very tasteful and a generous portion. the best we found in front of location?

I've never been disappointed by four sisters. they have the best pho in all kitsap hands. they have delicious pot stickers and spring rolls as well as with an ingenious peanut sauce. always delicious and a friendly atmosphere. sometimes I go for a bowl of steak and brisket pho easy to enjoy. love this place!

I find the food here to be pretty good but like all restaurants recently the prices seem a bit high for what you get. I go for the bun bo hue when I'm eating in but usually go for a rice or dry noodle dish when I do take out. Their egg rolls are good too. I think they're more of a 3.5 star shop but I'll round up because I'm feeling generous today.
