With the cheeseburger, you could have asked whether you wanted the meat medium or well done. Given the obviously high quality of the meat, I would have expected medium/rare, but unfortunately, the meat was very well done, which made it a bit dry. Otherwise, the cheeseburger was very good: delicious bread, a good selection of sauces, and crispy, not overly seasoned potato wedges. Since the restaurant was very busy, service took a while, but that's okay.
