Every day they have a different House wife special I usually order this and they never disappoint. I 'd definitely recommend this restaurant/hotel to anyone staying in the Brekstad/Ørland area!

High and deep. beautiful hotel with some very friendly and helpful staff. the first glass of the house white wine was terrible. restaurant later made us a veget... read more High and deep. beautiful hotel with some very friendly and helpful staff. the first glass of the house white wine was terrible. restaurant later made us a vegetarian meal, and I must say that the cook has a wonderful note and sense for humor – the dish was made to look like a classic (awful) filled pfeffer affair, but it was far from it! among them was a series of wonderfully cooked vegetables and a fake steak. really good quality cook here. dessert from berries and chocolate just didn't work, although I couldn't manage more than a few mouthful, jarring aromen. they also sat the two couples in an empty restaurant literally next to each other, we could chew them, why? generally recommended.

This review is for our experience during our visit at restaurant låven. we had our dinner at this weekend. a simple word: a restaurant pearl in brekstad. tasty... read more This review is for our experience during our visit at restaurant låven. we had our dinner at this weekend. a simple word: a restaurant pearl in brekstad. tasty food with quality, large portion and every krone worth. we ordered skalopps and hering for beginners: brilliant main menus that we had: sparkassen (children's part, fish soup (children's part, fish and mud menu for adults. top notch . friendly staff, cozy restaurant, beautiful interieur, clean room, spacious parking. very recommended to eat here lunch or dinner when they are near brekstad and ørland.
