I danced a lot and chatted with the band. The drinks were affordable, but I didn't get a chance to try the food. The music in the bar was too loud to hear the band clearly. I hope they can improve the sound system. The average cost per person is between $30 and $50. The service was good and the atmosphere was decent. View all feedback.
What Shannon Mahedy doesn't like about Dockside Lounge:
Solid place! You get exactly what you’d expect from a bar and grill of this kind. My expectations were met, and my hunger was satiated. We ordered fries, cheese curds, and pizza. A delightful and satisfying carbohydrate-driven feast! We also thought the resident band, Passion, was campy and fun. They had wedding band vibes in the best way. View all feedback.
We were a semi-large group of adults and children. They did a wonderful job of keeping everything straight and organized. The food was good, too!
Good space, food was pretty good. . service was not bad. I think they were understaffed but all good. I would come back.
Weekend trip to Breezy Point for NYE weekend. We came to Dockside for drinks and apps. The bartenders were friendly and attentive. The food menu included sandwiches, apps, burgers, and pizza. Not an extensive list of items but it gets the job done. Prices seem like typical resort prices. Cheese curds were $11.00 for a basket. Live music was playing during our visit. We enjoyed the band performance.
The service was slow due to being very busy and staff couldn’t keep up but our server was disorganized. The music was awesome and great atmosphere. Better place for drinks than food. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
At the beginning of the week we were there we had a brisket sandwich that was scrumptious- the bread was soft, the pork brisket was flavorful and the crispy jalapeños were perfect! The fries-oh so good! We returned at the end of the week and ordered the same sandwich and were disappointed bc the brisket was not shredded- they served us a fatty slice of meat; it took me 5 minutes to cut off the fat! Ugh. I was so busy with that I didn’t take pics of the sandwich the second time around.
