Excellent, attentive, and professional service, a beautiful location in a park that evokes na... read more The Wolfslaar restaurant is a classic “can’t go wrong” experience. Excellent, attentive, and professional service, a beautiful location in a park that evokes nature, yet it’s only 12 minutes by car from the old city center of Breda. The menu is refined yet down-to-earth, based on French techniques with modern influences, with an Asian touch in the current menu, the perfect mix and match of haute cuisine. I wasn’t drinking, so I opted for a sparkling tea, which was a great option, as I am not a fan of alcohol-free wines. The atmosphere is classic and elegant, but in a tranquil way that makes you feel comfortable. They have held their Michelin star for many years, which reflects their consistency, something you can clearly notice in the way everything runs there. Surely a great experience and a wonderful excuse to enjoy a weekend outside of Amsterdam!
