Quite a long time since our last visit (about 17 years! but definitely worth the wait. Remember getting a pizza from here on a previous visit to Brecon. Even though we've been back in the meantime, never at a time La Belle was open. Remembered La Belle being one of the two best pizzas we'd eaten (the other being in Tasmania so a little more out of reach than Brecon . Popped in shortly after 4pm today and placed an order for two pizzas. Phone was pinging away with new orders but staff kept engaged and chatted with us throughout the time our pizzas were being prepped and cooked. Pizzas duly passed over the counter we wandered to the canal basin to sit and enjoy. Absolutely worth the wait and already thinking of the excuses for another visit to Brecon to have another. Generous amount of toppings, brilliant pizza and probably a good thing I don't live closer otherwise I'd be ticking off the items on the menu!

Owner is unbelievably rude and arrogant. Made customer feel stupid for asking for ketchup since he 's a chef . ironic considering he does no cooking whilst his partner makes all the food whilst he struts around in clean chef whites (he doesn 't cook). Thinks he 's Chef Ramsey whilst he churns out Italian classics such as Tandoori Chicken Pizza. Zero self awareness, thinks he runs a Michelin star restaurant when he 's a glorified Dominoes competitor. Perfect restaurant if you have zero taste in food and love being treated like an idiot for bothering to order there. Absolute Embarrassment.

This lovely couple have turned Pizza into an art. There are so many choices. We went for the pepperoni, and also a Banana, Peach Pineapple one, which was devine. If we lived near this place we would be having Pizza every Friday, Saturday Sunday night (the only days they are open) for the entire summer. Absolutely perfect. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
