We always enjoy visiting this lovely pizzeria! The food is always of good quality and generous portion sizes. We have our favorite dishes that we missed during the lockdown. It's great to be back and enjoying delicious food again. Thank you! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pizzeria Bello:
Food awful, ordered a takeaway last night and everything was oily and flavourless. My partner and I were so excited to have an Italian and were thoroughly let down. Overcooked rubbery seafood matched with mushy pasta. We came in for food in January and it...was just as awful then, gave it another try but will not be returning. Rude owner matched with awful food. Reminiscent of an episode of kitchen nightmares. View all feedback.
The take-away pizza and garlic bread made a pleasant change during the finish. the puddings were delicious. are looking forward to having a day again.
Pizza's burnt, scant fillings. Lasagne a soggy mess. I think the chef must have been off duty.......

Nice surroundings, watch the guys hand making your pizza... Very nice esp. Calzone! Beer on tap. Pleasant, good quality and not too expensive either.
I have already spoken to the manager about the issues personally so will not air the specific concerns here. Suffice to say that the common theme on TA involves service and this is where the restaurant falls down. There appeared to have been a public...dressing down to staff which I cannot condone as this is also a leadership issue. Food was actually good but staff need to be trained in the importance of hospitality. Italians are rightly proud of their food and patrons are normally made to feel part of the Italian experience inviting you into their establishment to enjoy their food. It doesn't have that feel....the food should be served with pride and care and not the way you would expect at a truck stop. A shame because this could be very good.
