I had Alex greet me when I first walked in and I was overly impressed by this young gentleman. He went above and beyond in his service by being very personable, friendly, and on the ball. Horrible service, nobody really works or listens to customers, did not get what I ordered at all then have employees argue with me about my order. I only stopped by while working for a quick coffee and bite for the crew and myself but definitely will not return to this location ever. View all feedback.

Stopped there twice on two different days. Both time service was horrible, washrooms and main restaurant area absolutely filthy and the food was terrible. This was my go to stop when traveling to and from Stouffville but has gone down hill terribly!
One of the better Timmies...clean, coffee food very good.
Incompetent employees, the employees are rude, coffee is always burnt. I recommend avoid at all cost unless you want to make an all day event just to get a coffee.
