On the way through the city like most other reviews. Great hold and would recommend. Pair of things to note: 1) the garlic sauce was great. We bought some home 2) has a lot of standard LA fair and was authentic. 3) Staff is very nice! 4) the frits taste like your average previously frozen frits. 4) the zydeco pepper jelly was a little too liquid for my taste. 5) the Po-Junge-Protein-Brot ratio was off and had only on... The food was excellent and also service. We had our Schnauzer sitting outside and the road was crazy loud. The interior looked very cozy, but so I gave a 4 for atmosphere. We were thrilled to be able to order a seafood plate grilled as regular order items instead of fried everything. It was so good. The Gumbo star was a favorite, but it was all excellent. The plate was perfect for 2 people and allowed us to try about 10 different items.
Our first sit down menu of the trip after departing from Louis Armstrong Airport this afternoon. fried aligator, catfish, shrimp and herbfish (made with house sauces). First for me for all but shrimps. Then cancer 2 ways. Grilled with crazy apron and as a goddess. Prepare it with homemade peach-bblers. Roll me back to the Bayou Cabins this girl is full and satisfied! The flavors were hearty with enough spices to know that you are in LA. Morgan's service was excellent and we can't wait to explore more of the area with their advice! Delicious food, quick and friendly service, a smile and the extra mile!
Love, love, this place. I came with 11 family members. Two children under 7 dishes were delicious. We loved the children loved it. We had the big bucket of cancers, Gator bites and we also bought crab legs. They were bombs, the spices were perfect, but be careful if you don't like spices also mild possibly too much for you. We even need to see a living cancer. The staff was very friendly, which made the experience even better. They're making you welcome. Worth the experience. We'll be back.

Could you better go to Louisiana, yes, it's a good stop right on the highway, yes.
I really enjoyed lunch here. My wife and I shared one of the seafood platters and it was plenty of food for the two of us. There were things that my wife didn't enjoy so much, but I really enjoyed all of it! There were so many varieties of dishes on the platter, they had a bit of everything! I really recommend getting boudin there also. It was delicious!
