AMAZING! That's all I can say about the smoked chicken salad. It is simply delicious and every time I get a container, it rarely lasts long. It is incredibly tasty. The Boudin at this restaurant is incredibly delicious. Both the smoked and regular versions have the perfect combination of meat and rice. The level of spice is just right. The price is excellent and the owner is very welcoming.

I was very impressed with the service and menu options at this restaurant. I highly recommend trying the delicious boudin and grabbing some of their smoked chicken salad for a fantastic sandwich option!
The Brisket was so tender and seasoned to perfection! We will be back!
