I was served this morning by 2 young adults, and I must say they have made my day. They seemed like they couldn't be happier! Really enjoyed there job and it showed. They are what the younger generation lacks! Awesome job guys and girls View all feedback.

If you are not Caucasian, be prepared for rude treatment. The level of enthusiasm and warmth from the staff diminished significantly after I saw them serve some white customers. It seems they believe no one will notice, or perhaps they simply don’t care. Given the other reviews, I don’t see it’s worth my time to escalate this issue to management. View all feedback.
I go to this restaurant regularly since it's so close to my workplace, but I've been disappointed time and again. I often find there's no hot food available, and they only start cooking once orders come in. It's frustrating to wait week after week, and on Tuesdays, all they seem to have are muffins. The staff seems unmotivated, which only adds to the disappointment.
The staff were unhelpful and seemed unfamiliar with how to assist business customers. I recommend that BP-Central provide them with proper training.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was rude, and after spending $99 on food, I was told I couldn't order 8 fruit juices because I only purchased 6 muffins. I would have been happy to pay an additional $16 for the extra juices. Overall, it was not a pleasant visit.
The staff were unhelpful and lacked the knowledge to assist business customers effectively. I recommend that BP's head office provide proper training for them.
