I often find there's no hot food available, and they only start cooking once orders come in. It's frustrating to wait week after week, and on Tuesdays, all they seem to have are muffins. The staff seems unmotivated, which only adds to the disappointment.

The staff were unhelpful and seemed unfamiliar with how to assist business customers. The service was rude, and after spending $99 on food, I was told I couldn't order 8 fruit juices because I only purchased 6 muffins. I would have been happy to pay an additional $16 for the extra juices. Overall, it was not a pleasant visit.

Given the other reviews, I don’t see it’s worth my time to escalate this issue to management.

I'm tired of this happening week after week; an apology doesn't make up for the inconvenience. Honestly, nobody wants just egg muffins on a Tuesday. This situation is a joke, and it feels like the staff is simply being lazy.
