Instead of telling the server all of the things I don 't want in the salad as it 's listed on the menu, at Chop Stop I order exactly what I DO want. Woot Woot!! Service was fast and friendly (even the store was quite busy). The menu board is big, bold and easy to read. The directions are clear and simple. There are soooo many items to choose from it is difficult to select. Tofu as a protein is included in the cost of the bowl. The salad crunches and dressings are all clearly marked as v for vegan and gf for gluten-free. I brought my salad home, put it in the fridge and went about my day. About 6 hours after it was crafted I pulled it from the shelf and sat down to enjoy. The vegetables and fruits were still crisp and crunchy and the dressing (which had been tossed into my salad) was perfectly coated around every morsel I tasted. I could have tricked myself into thinking that the salad was freshly prepared. Every item in every bite was chopped to perfection and I was able to taste every ingredient.
