Yogurtland Brea

When I went a homeless man had just left and the entire place reeked a smell so unholy I almost threw up. The poor associates were walking around with aerosol cans trying to mask the stench but it was too strong.They also didn't have that many flavors when I went. But that's okay.

The store is clean, the frozen yogurt is delicious, the staff was kind and friendly, and there is a nice outdoor patio where your kids can run off the sugar a bit.

There was a baby roach on the froyo dispenser when a worker was informed of said roach they said “oh yeah we called the exterminators” and left the roach roaming the machine.

The customer service here in horrendous. They were making fun of my friend and just kept joking behind their back. They have no respect for customers and I'm completely surprised that the owners would hire such rude employees to work at this establishment. Also found a bug in the yogurt and when I mentioned it to the employee, they were completely rude with their response. Hire better employees because the current ones you have are horrible and people won't want to come back.

It's a hot day. You've just finished a soccer game with your kids, or spent the entire afternoon at Costco. Where can you go to get an awesome frozen treat? Try this Yogurtland! This place has amazing toppings. My favorite toppings are the yogurt chips; I know this might sound a bit boring, but try the yogurt chips on top of plain tart yogurt. It taste so good because it adds a crunch element to the frozen yogurt. I also very much enjoy the soft serve ice cream, which is surprisingly good for a yogurt store! If I get the soft serve, I will add animal, crackers, Reeses pieces, and also chocolate chips. These different textural elements are awesome. One tip for the owners here: I would be here every day if they had real hot fudge! The chocolate sauce is good, but hot fudge would be a lot better.
