The Coffee Bean Tea Leaf - Brea

The cashier Skyler was very rude and abrupt. When I spoke with the manager, she just said ?we are really busy? and walked away. Being busy is no excuse for being rude to your customers. I have already ordered and then asked for a refund. This place does not deserve my hard earned money or business.

Seems to be an issue every other time I come. Other locations much better. Always so slow staff acts like they hate their job. They are so rude. I was given an ice tea that looked like dirty water. Why would they even attempt to serve it. Then when i complained i got an ice tea 10 min later with no ice. So ridiculous.

Hit or miss with this place got their vietnamese coffee grosses thing I've tasted in a while. tasted like burnt iced coffee with sour milk and sugar free vanilla creamer. There Cinnamon roll was good. Tasted like a squishy, sweet croissant.

This location has a drive thru and indoor dining. The staff here is very pleasant and fast. I ordered an Iced Blended Mocha Frappuccino and it came out perfect. Thank you Mary and your team, keep up the good work.

Always good and exactly how you ordered. Tastes way better than the S-word place.
