Jolene's Wings Beer - Brea

Ordered 3 different flavors and got almost 30 dry, unseasoned wings. How does that even happen?

Ok. Iv ordered a few times and it was ok the first time but the kitchen lacks consistency. You literally never know what to expect its really disappointing. The sauce is not there and you pay extra for it. I paid for sides that are way smaller as well. And the price has gone up since my first order while the quality dropped.

Clearly labeled for Cajun lime wings on the box and ended up getting plain wings. I believe they accidentally used the Cajun lime seasoning for the fries. However, it was not busy at the time and the amount of times they marked the receipt you wouldassume the order was correct. Will not buy from this place again.

The Black and Bleu pull a part pizza is pretty good, it's the same exact toppings as the one Lazy Dog used to have, I wish they would bring back the original thin crust one but I'll take Jolene's as a pretty good substitute, dipped in the Umami sauce, pretty good

I don't know what heppened over the past week but the quality has taken a sharp downturn. Breading was like panko: crunchy but not satisfyingly so (see crispy). There also wasn't enough sauce to cover the boneless wings. The chicken itself was all over the place: juicy, warm, cold, dry it was a mystery what combination I would get with each wing. The fries were cold and soggy to the point that the seasoning, of which there was all too much, was clumping and sitting at the bottom of the tray. This was drastically different to the when I ordered 10 days ago which the wings were delicious, juicy and crispy. The fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned. I don't know what happened or if I ordered on a bad day today, but I won't be reordering for a while, if ever again.
