Neat spot tucked away in the far hidden corner of the shopping center, next to Mother's grocery store. Decent typical selection of teas and coffees. Currently there is no inside seating, but there's a bit of seating just outside, and since it sits east of Mother's, it'll get shade relatively soon. This boba spot is super small, there are a few bar spots to sit at and that is pretty much it. The boba here is a bit pricey, I ordered the small Jasmine Milk Tea and it came out to be $5. The Jasmine milk tea didn't really hit the spot for me, the milkiness really overpowered the jasmine tea. Also the boba, was chewy and not sweet at all.
