I highly recommend grabbing some friends and sampling the entire appetizer menu. Though not every product was to my tastes (lookin' at you, Grandma's meatballs), everything was well made. The beet salad that comes with the Burrata might be my favorite salad ever. I propose they create a specialty carpaccio with that salad on top rather than just arugula! Love me some desserts, here, too. Service was fantastic and spe... View all feedback.
We all enjoyed our meals Fettuccine Al Granchio, Lasagna, Salmone, and Pollo Parmigiana. All fresh and delicious. We completed our meals with shared desserts, Cannoli cheesecake and Budino Al Caramello a guilty pleasure, very enjoyable. Prices were very reasonable. The staff was friendly and attentive from the hostess to the young man clearing our table. We will be back.
We love Bruno's. The food is always excellent and consistent. Last night, the service was just ok. Our server seemed rushed and even picked up my salad dressing while I was still eating my salad. She brought dessert menus before we were halfway through dinner. It was odd. It was busy but not slammed. I felt rushed, and when we left, the restaurant was less than half full. Again, the food was great. It was just an off night for service.
As usual, Bruno's lived up to all expectations. It is simply one of the best spots for a great meal and experience in the area! The food, service, and entire experience never varies! Simply put...you can't go wrong here!
We celebrated our 5th anniversary here and it was a great choice! The food was great and exceeded our expectations. The only thing that may be a concern to some is that the seating is a bit close to other parties. Other than that everyone including the hostess were attentive and would definitely come again!
Visited on a Friday night without a reservation so the place was packed but luckily it was a nice evening so we accepted the offer of a sidewalk table and were seated immediately. Brea has a pretty quiet main street so it was fine to be seated on the sidewalk. We ordered from the weekend special menu which was $40 for three courses. I think that 's a bargain! The bread and oil was delicious, then we had some antipasti and a salad both very nice followed by steak, seafood cioppino, tiramisu and pannacotta. We enjoyed all of the food and thought that the options on the special menu were great, unlike some places which I think put less popular dishes on these saver menus. We enjoyed some very nice wine, they definitely make up some of the costs there but restaurants will do that. Our server Bobby was great, attentive, friendly but not overbearing, and the other staff we interacted with were also welcoming and polite. We look forward to visiting again. Parking: There is a parking structure a two minute walk away I 'm not sure why some other reviews mentioned that it was a few blocks away . It 's multi storey so plenty of room plus there 's street parking.
