Mikhael's Hôtel - Brazzaville

Well, the service was alright but there are areas of improvement. One is the service one gets by the pool...I ordered thrice for a drink and only when I had given up and stood up to leave (1hr after my first order) did they run out to me with my third order. I refused to take it. The rooms, though spacious, may not be cleaned till afternoon. A little disappointing if you stepped out and came back hours later to an unclean room, don't you think? The buffet, let's talk about the monotony of the food section at breakfast... it's a drag, really. I particularly loved the omelette though! Overall, good but in need of improvement.

Nice hotel in Brazzaville, excellent and good restaurant.

This review is for the bar/restaurant only. Food is ok but but bad value to almost a comical level. The basics are way overpriced, like a pineapple juice for 3000 CFA. The entire pineapple is probably about 5 times cheaper than that to buy on the outside. That kind of markup for simple juice can’t be justified.

Very well located at the heart of the city. But the rooms are too old and small, the amenities are of the worst I have seen. They have a pool and a nice restobar. Food is not that good though. The place around the hotel is busy and safe.
