Service from everyone in Butlers and Barry was desperate. So lackadaisical about everything. Had to ask twice for each order, by the looks of every customer they were feeling the same. No management around to instruct staff, The food was lovely only for that i...would give 0 stars

The food was delicious, but the service was terrible. We were completely ignored every time we sought assistance. While the food was enjoyable, the poor service really put a damper on our evening.

Totally recommended. the place has a beautiful sea view. clean! the personal is very friendly and brightfull. many gluten-free options. Children's menu..yess..very good. if in bray again..defo will be back.

Worth a what a location. Firstly book in advance and ask for a window table you will not be disappointed the view is stunning. The staff were welcoming from the outset. There is a wide and varied menu and no one in our...party was disappointed including the Vegans. The meal prices were good value and the drinks on a par with everywhere else locally. Can't recommend this location enough.

Really poor service.. Wevwere seated without menus, cutlery etc. Had to call for service several times. We had about five different servers and lots of mistakes. One waitress clearly took offence when we asked for something. Food took ages...an hour for four pizzas and a...salad. We had the smallest large' portion of wings I have ever seen. Asked for sauce which came as we ate the last slice of pizza . Very expensive for a family meal. We are local and won't be returning.
