Fosters Freeze - Brawley

I used to enjoy coming to Fosters every once in a while, it's usually good food. But they lost me as a customer. The lady took my order completely wrong and charged me more for it. When I tried to solve the situation, instead of just saying she misunderstood me, she started arguing with me about why I was wrong and she was right. It left me off in a very bad mood and I didn't even want to eat my food I just bought. I just wanted to write this review to let y'all know about Foster's Freeze's horrible customer service.

I have been going here since I was in Pampers, the people have always been great. Until now. Who ever the lil dude is that takes orders now, he has a real attitude problem. I asked him to repeat my complicated order and got an eye roll, and he still got it wrong. How you gonna work at an ice cream shop with that kind of attitude? Everytime we go and he's there it's like this. Act right.

Used. To be one of my favorite places to have an icecream cone but now the icecream taste purely artificial

Love this place been coming here since I was a little boy. Another great place to visit when I am in town.

What can I say? Ice cream is always delicious, and the dessert here is truly special. This was my first time trying it, and I loved it!
