It is more gourmet than what you find in Braunschweig, so it is quite unique and reminds me of what I can find in France, with a short, concentrated menu based on seasonal products. The prices are also very fair for the proposed (combate 12 to 20€ for the main court). Sure it is not the right place if you want to eat a carving with 1 kg of potatoes and green cabbage, but for this type of dishes there are enough other good restaurants in Braunschweig.

Food and drink are very tasteful and well decorated, but a little bit pricy. In my opinion the price in relation to the quality and general price level in Braunschweig could be a little lower. But overall it is a fancy place to eat and can be recommended.
