Dosa Kitchen Food Truck - Brattleboro

The food truck is located away, but have the most amazing dosa. The quality and ingredients are fresh and owners prepare food with love and passion. I'd say the best Dosa in USA. In addition to delicious South Indian food, you will find humble and gracious people who take and prepare your food. Our order was delayed by 30-40 minutes because it arrived a large group before us. There is only one person and a grating so that we were okay with the delay, but owner noticed my child is hungry and she interrupts the other order and prepared the order of my child. At the end she visited us personally and asked for the delay, but we were happy about the food and my child enjoyed Dosa and Mango Lassi, so we had no complaint. I would definitely visit this place during my next holiday to Vermont.

Does this place accidentally discover our way from White Mountains to NYC and the Dosa Kitchen Food Truck? Ikone appeared next to Grafton Cheese. Was surprised to see a Dosa truck in Vermont, so decided to check it on the way back as our food pit. Came to a small blue truck with clean hygienic tables both under a shade and in the sun. Trying the Punjabi Kanji, Mysore Masala, Chicken Curry Dosa and the Laddoos everything was on the point with a very? Koch? Style quality but homemade flavor to Sambhar, chicken curry and Kanji. Pick up some things for home and will soon visit Nash and Leda. You could change to a larger location next year. Nash told us? again the distribution for her dosa battery, kanji, chutneys, etc. will look for this. Good luck, Nash and Leda you are amazing!

If I could give this place 100 stars I would. Eating here is an absolute must. The owners are incredibly kind and I really enjoyed talking with them. I forgot to take photos because I drove right in the food because it was soooo good. We got the Mysore Masala Dosa and it was perfect. All their food is packed with so much flavor. We also got the Ladoos for dessert. My only regret is not getting more! I love this place. 10/10 recommend!

Terrific family lunch spot in fair weather. The dosas were delicious and it was relaxing to eat at the nearby picnic tables. The location is alongside a family friendly demonstration farm with a grassy courtyard, perfect for kids to run around, and a cheese shop.
