While i... read more I enjoyed a big bowl of delicious food at this restaurant. It can get noisy with many people dining there, but it's a nice spot to visit after shopping. While it's not as cheap as most Asian restaurants, the quality is superior and the dishes appear healthier. I paid around 7,00€ for a large bowl of pho and a drink.

The pho soup was bland and underseasoned, I had to add soy sauce to it. The vegetables were tasty, slightly crunchy and undercooked, while the mushrooms were undercooked as well (they need to be soaked beforehand). The rice paper rolls with vegetables, rice noodles, and peanut sauce were okay, but they were missing tofu, mushrooms or something else. I had a brief conversation with the waitress about potential changes and suggested they add tofu... I look forward to seeing if it improves.

Located in a bustling food court, it can get noisy with the crowds, but it's a great spot to visit after a shopping trip. While it may not be as inexpensive as other Asian restaurants, the quality of the food is worth it and it appears to be healthier. I spent around 7,00€ for a generous serving of pho and a drink.

However, I found that the vegan options were all traditional versions without any meat. The pho soup was bland and not quite suited for the season. I had to add soy sauce to give it some flavor. The vegetables were tasty but somewhat repetitive and not very crispy, while the mushrooms seemed to be cooked without any prior soaking. The rice rolls with vegetables, rice noodles, and peanut sauce lacked mushrooms or some other ingredient. I had to ask the waitstaff to make changes and possibly add tofu. Overall, I hope the restaurant improves its offerings in the future.
