I'd almost say this was my favorite sushi. what surprised me was the time of serving. understanding the complexity of the dishes is a thing, but eating in so short time was to be received magie. the prices are high, also for sushi, but it is worth definitiw. if they love fusion food: this is one of the rare places that have mastered a perfect harmonie. I think this restaurant is a must that really value a perfectly prepared and magical dish.
