Arthur Ice Cream - Bratislava

Very disappointing experience, I bought what was marked as “ vegan lactose free ice”. on the same night my likes felt quite upset. first, I had not noticed that this one could be a reason. the next day I returned to this load, I bought the vegan ice on the day before what is no longer labeled “ vegan”. When I asked, she told me that another customer contacted her and said that she was sick and afterwards she realized that this contains milk. the manager apologised me, but she didn't know that if this would happen to someone who has a high intolerance or allergy to milk that would result in much worse. I'm asking for an apology that they stay away from this ice cream shop.

The second ice cream discovery of my friend, the other is i nonni cremeria and my favorite of the two. her selection of ice creams includes coffee, lavender, which was strangely nice, and pistachios. their sorbets include strawberry, pineapple, wild berries, passion fruit, celestial and mango. If they like a sweet tasty bite, this is the ice salon I would choose.

My girlfriend is the second ice theft parlour discovery (the other is I Nonni Cremeria) and my preference of the two. Their selection of ice creams include coffee, lavender (which was strangely nice), and pistachios. Her sorbets include strawberry, pineapple, wild berries, passion fruit, raspberry and mango. If you like a sweet treat, this is the ice theft I would choose.

Haven’t had ice cream for a long time so finding this shop was pure happiness. There are about 8/9 different vegan flavours. I had peach and pistachio SO GOOD!
