Wow! never thought we would find an authentic vegan restaurant in brazov, romania. a city that is more known for heavy Romanian dishes than vegan cuisine. we ha... read more Wow! never thought we would find an authentic vegan restaurant in brazov, romania. a city that is more known for heavy Romanian dishes than vegan cuisine. we have and the result was absolutely amazing! the menu switches daily, but suppe, a main course and dessert are offered daily. our family lovers (to our 12-year-old daughter who loves this restaurant) are the supa de aur (golden suppe) with cauliflower and curkuma and the curry de cartof dulce (sweet potato curry). the restaurant takes over the delivery and will accompany groups (depending on size). what an incredible sound in brazov, romania! my family dreams of our meal in soopy and is looking forward to our next visit.
