I said sauvignon blanc. the waitress disappeared... read more We were on the hunt for a weeping. I asked for the weeping list. they said they had no one! asked what I like. I said sauvignon blanc. the waitress disappeared and came back with three bottles and three glasses and told me about them while I tasted them. still uncertain, she came with a four. which I had finally chosen. that was an absolute pleasure*. I know what I like, but I'm very open to try new things and learn about them. I had so much fun!

Unfortunately, we left hungry enough to go out for pizza after our meal, and wondered if by chance we had the wrong place. On the positive side: Our server was delightful, my pork...ribs and the bean soup were fine. On the negative: service was so slow that we suspected the waiter was actually the chef as well, my husbands’ risotto was bland and a tiny portion, and the check came with a request — “can you go to the ATM and pay in cash?”, and the change from our ATM cash never came back to us. Perhaps it was just a bad, understaffed waiter/ chef making poor decisions. Perhaps the restaurant is getting over-confident. Regardless, they deserve a poor rating for tonite’s performance.
