Am venit initial pentru prosciutto crudo, cu Parma si San Daniele. Am fost placut surprins de modul în care a fost servit și ambalat. Apoi am descoperit salamul Ventricina, iar soția mea a ales diverse tipuri de brânzeturi ale căror nume nu le-am reținut. La apogeu, am descoperit gorgonzola cu mascarpone, despre care soția mea spune că este cea mai bună brânză pe care a gustat-o vreodată.
