Jacks Public House - Braselton

The first time I dined at this restaurant, I found it to be quite pricey. However, it seems that expensive dining is common nowadays.

The staff, from the hostess to our server, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. However, the burger was disappointing - it was dry and seemed overcooked, possibly made in advance or even the day before. Burgers should be easy to make fresh, but this one tasted frozen. The restaurant's terrace is dog-friendly and has a great atmosphere, but the food left something to be desired. The beer selection was average.

Traci was our bartender and she was incredibly quick at getting our drinks! She provided excellent service with a lovely personality. I will definitely be back again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Although the staff was super friendly and offered a great service, the food we had was not good. the burgers are prefabricated frozen. a perfect oversized hockey puck. not to find imperfection. it didn't get a drop of juice out. with a pretty little menu it would be nice to see a good homemade burger. good atmosphere. good terrace. dog-friendly. 3 of 5.

Such amazing food. My favorite item so far hands down we’re the mozzarella sticks. They were so different and tasted so good. The perfect place to get appetizer, a great burger and some beer.
