Called in a takeover order. It was said that the order would be ready in 15 minutes. After arriving 20 minutes later the hostess said she would check my order. I waited for 25 minutes without any update. I finally got my food with an apology and apology that made no sense. Both ducks (a chicken of the other groupers) were rubbery. Looks like they've been reheated. Not good. We will not return.

Is that weird? I have my family here to announce our commitment and the whole experience was worthy. The place has a beautiful atmosphere and looks clean, but it is missing everywhere else. There was no bartender, we didn't know, and whoever did the drinks did a terrible job. I ordered a raspberry Martini and it had a salt rim. When we asked for a sugar rim, the girl said she didn't know what salt or sugar was. Service was slow, food wasn't good? wouldn't waste my money. Not sure how this place is in business because the place was empty.

If you go, make sure you check your meal before you go. For years, since the food is really good, the prices are decent. The disadvantage is that the service has fallen steadily over the years, so that we no longer eat. Three of the last four to go to orders we have placed have disappeared and the last time was probably the last straw. The order came on time to pick it up and had to wait ten minutes or so it was actually ready. When the food came out, I asked if everything was there, the hostess assured me it was. From past experience, although I did not know to take their word for it and went to check a table on the landing. Unfortunately, the reels that should come with the order were not there. The hostess they apologised said they would make the salad. Twenty minutes later no salad, while the food gets cold. Asked her what the stop was on she said that they worked on it, but the person who took the order over the phone had said there was no place to put the salad on her tablet, although it was listed on the website. I guess they wanted to find out the problem while I was waiting for my food. Five minutes later she brought out the salad, still no rolls, but I decided it was worth twenty five minutes to wait for rolls. Try to talk to a manager on the way home, but their line either does not work at times because the phone from the hook or their voicemail box is full. Email and never get an answer.

Absolutely the worst experience we've ever had! You borrowed your main dining room on Friday night and brought our waiting staff to take care of them. Lobster hard boiled over? couldn't cut it with a fork. Stuffed Grouper was also boiled over. Baked potato was hardly warm and boiled. No manager on site.

I've tried, I really have. After 4 visits, I'm done. The last time I took my Dad, Brother, a.d Sister-in-Law to dinner when they visited from out of town. It took 1hr and 20 minutes for our food to arrive after we ordered, and it was cold. My sister in law ordered a salad with salmon, the salmon was raw and had to be sent back. The staff is polite, but the service is slow even when the place is empty. I love to support local but in this case I just can't.
