Wendy's - Brantford

I visited this restaurant today after a car show and ordered a medium-sized Lemonade. Unfortunately, they were out of medium cups. Instead of offering the large size at a medium price, there was no smile or apology from the staff. I try to be nice, but the lack of customer service here was disappointing. I suggest finding another place to eat.

Usual Wendy's food served quickly and efficiently along with a smile and courteous staff. Easily accessible off the 403 along with Tim Hortons and New York fries in a small building adjacent Husky fuel station.

Hadnt had Wendys in approx 2 years...Stopped here as it is close to my home - Drive thru...My standard order...The Double Burg - No tomatoes and a rootbeer to drink..For my wife 2 spicy chicken wraps...I get home and the burger has tomato - Thats ok it happens...It doesnt have any other veg (No onion or lettuce) - The bun is a soggy mess...Im a little weird, I hate a messy meal and this was a disaster...I threw it out and ate my fries which I didnt enjoy because I wanted a burger - Wife gave me one of her wraps and it was very good!...I then decided I would go to the Wendys I use to always visit on WEST STREET (See WEST ST REVIEW)

My daughter and I have stopped at this wendys a number of times and have had no issues My daughter like to have the taco salad when in season and have gotten it the way she likes it with chicken whole piece and with all the trimming that go with it sour cream and the sauce and the crackers . Last night August the 18 we stopped in at six pm to get our supper . I tryed to order the taco salad same as usuall the girl on the cash gave me a look when i asked for the chicken instead of the chilli like i have done many times . She told me to order a chicken salad instead when i insisted on what i wanted she was really not nice to me I was being very nice hoping this would make it better . I also asked to get the Prezzal chicken pub she asked me what kind of chicken i said grilled food comes and i ask for one extra sour cream she smile broadly and says no sour cream all out i ask about my burger and she says i did not order it i asked i would like to get it please wow what a mess finally My daughter is upset no sour cream how do you eat a taco salad with no sour cream and why would they run out .,I am sorry to say not going back to this wendys sarnia has a nice one will find another spot as that was our every monday supper stop I would not recommend this place any more also one girl doing all the cooking she looked so woren out and sad

Friendly helpful staff Tasty quick meal Baked potatoes are the best and you can't beat the free seniors drink !
