Not too bad. Quite busy. Had to clean my table from someone's previous spillage. Too busy for Timmy's staff to clean but no big deal. Sandwiches were fresh. Some varieties of donuts were sold out. Overall it's not too bad. View all feedback.
The friendly with excellent service I go there almost every morning..
Though being here usually isnt the most exciting experiance (its a tim hortons in a hospital... The staff are very empathetic and caring, And the cafe itself has a very Home-like Feel

There 's a girl here named Keshia who makes amazing food. I literally go out of my way to go to this location based on her prompt, yet friendly customer service. I highly recommend!!! A lot of bad reviews for this location hey, I get it, emotions are running high due to the location being the hospital, but to post a bad review saying 'too slow ' is a little ignorant. It 's Tim Hortons the Canadian coffee that 88% of Canadians and Ontarians indulge in daily (actual stat), also, this isn 't a stand alone location, this is brantfords main hospital. Go to Starbucks, you 're likely disliked as much as you dislike.
Staff are very friendly with customers. Spent many days there while visiting a family member. This location is a good excape for patients from their rooms
