Stromboli Brick Oven Pizza - Brantford

Their food has taken a major hit as well as their customer service. Unseasoned wings are extremely bland but we 're told they 're seasoned.. They need better seasonings if that 's the case! For the amount of money we as customers pay, we deserve quality food! Oh and, a 3.7 rating is 'high praise '?? Okay, keep your standards low and you 'll never completely fail then..*In Response*Nope, never asked for refund of pizza, just wings. The rest were on our plates (uneaten by the way with the exception of one from each plate, which is how we know there wasn 't any type of seasonings on them, not even salt. Try taste not sight next time! when your staff asked us to take a picture of them to *see* if they were seasoned or not. You never tried to 'make things right ', just told us we were wrong... We asked for Dry Rub CAJUN wings, nothing Cajun about those!!! Get better seasonings and you might just get a few less complaints. You 're welcome for the picture and I 'm sure your other potential customers will thank me as well

The owner is intolerable, out of control rudeness. When you leave a reasonable negative review, he threatens to publicly share your NAME, PHONE NUMBER and ADDRESS to shame you. That is unacceptable and illegal, and it's been reported. Dangerous.

I want to begin by saying that this restaurant is a well-known establishment in Brantford, as my family has been ordering from here for over 20 years. The food is delicious, however, there is an issue with the amount of toppings on the pizza. I ordered a double pepperoni pizza but received what I believe to be a regular amount of pepperoni (photos attached). I paid an extra $2 for maybe a third more pepperoni, which I feel is a complete rip off. This has happened to me twice now, and when I voiced my complaint, I was offered to take the pizza back to add more pepperoni, indicating that it was not enough to begin with. I declined this offer and informed them that I would be posting photos to show others that you do not get what you pay for. Additionally, they secretly charge $1.50 to use debit, which seems excessive as the actual cost is likely much lower. I have included photos so you can see for yourself. It is disappointing when you are trying to support a local business and feel let down.

I really enjoy the delicious Mexican food at this restaurant. The hot sauce and burritos are fantastic. However, the service can be mediocre or even unfriendly at times. Nevertheless, I primarily come for the food, not for the friendly service, so I will definitely be returning as long as the burritos remain affordable at $5 each.

Be sure to request the brick oven sauce. The pepperoni and cheese are top-notch. The crust is deep but soft with a perfect crunch. The price was reasonable as well.
