What User likes about Starbucks:
A regular Starbucks store where you can bring your friends and your laptop over and order a drink or two to stay for as long as you want. Came for my free birthday drink. 8 hours after my birthday. I honestly did not know the free reward was only on the exact date of your birthday. I could?ve sworn you had a week or 2 to redeem unless they changed the rule. Anyways, the worker made the drink. Kimmy is incredible at the drive thru! She is a joy to see in the morning and I love my Starbucks drinks!

Went through the drive through the other night because I had the dog with me and the employee noticed this on the camera and before I had a chance to ask her commented on the dog in a very jovial cheery manner and beat me to it asking if we wanted a puppachino ? for the dog. At the window she couldn 't have been more pleasant and positive. Love it.

This is a typical Starbucks location where you can bring your friends and laptop, order a drink or two, and stay as long as you like. The staff here seem genuinely happy to be working, and during my first visit with a friend, we felt welcomed. The high ceilings create a calming atmosphere that allows you to relax throughout your stay.

The restaurant is a smaller venue that primarily emphasizes its drive-thru service. There aren't many tables, and the few high tables they have require a crane for me to get up and down from the chairs comfortably. The tables could have used a good cleaning, but the beverage was enjoyable. Overall, the layout felt cramped, as if I were a sardine in a can.

Absolutely fantastic Starbucks! The staff is outstanding! West Street is hands down the best Starbucks in town! The bathrooms are very clean, and the customer service is impeccable. The baristas really know how to craft my drinks perfectly—no other coffee shop in town comes close. I would give it 10 stars if that were possible!
