Osmow's Shawarma - Brantford

My order was supposed to half rocks half stixs charged me for stixs and didn't add them, super cheap on beef just the bed of rocks spicy as no hell interms of mild. Ignored my tahini part No croutons very small portion. Unsatisfactory order didn't follow instructions to customers need.

Quality and quantity both have gone down in recent times. Management should take care of training of employees. My order hasn’t changed ever, then it should taste the same too. Garlic sauce was missing from chicken on sticks and only had spicy sauce that also in large quantities. It was not edible.

I have had better portions and customer service experience at hamilton location Here Beef and lamb is tasty but full of fat and the staff don't really load it up with sauce. I do not like to ask as i am introvert. I like getting specials and I was not really satisfied with there portion as to much salad barely any rice and meat. Girl did not look like she is enjoying it and boy cooking on grill seemed like he's on his days however I will give them another shot (try) and if it's still the same it'll be last of it with pictures.

They will give you barely any chicken on top. Not sure why.

Too skinny saj wrap as compared to other places. It's slightly bigger than subway wraps. Taste is okay
