I love to know what I am eating and how it is prepared. Chris and his father are always delighted to exchange this information willfully, right down to the exotic spices and care given to every step of the preparation. I have dined in some of the finest restaurants in the world and this is one of the best. Don't miss out on the opportunity to experience this very fine dining establishment.
