Boston Pizza - Brantford

I am fan of their perogy pizza...don't scoff...try it...to die for...as are the Asian chicken bites...they do have bite...the menu is diverse..something for everyone...wraps...pasta...burgers...pizzas...and the attached sports bar is a popular hangout for law enforcement..so that speaks volumes. ..

Despite being seated in the dining room, we were still able to watch TVs showing the Canadian Junior hockey game. Unfortunately, the service was lacking. It was much slower than our previous visits to this chain, and to make matters worse, many timing and order mistakes were attributed to us, the customers. This was disappointing, as the food quality and value were consistent with what we had come to expect from this chain based on our prior experiences.

Went for dinner with the family. Went 0-for-5 on any of us enjoying our entrées. I had the hamburger which was simply a tasteless, frozen, grocery store style patty. Polite servers, prompt service, sub-par food and not an inexpensive place to eat.

Slow service, lukewarm pizza, nasty washrooms...........When she finally brought our bill, our server (who was very pleasant) apologized for the slow service. It was Friday (October 28th, 2016) at dinnertime. They were very obviously short-staffed.The washrooms were unclean, smelled of urine, had toilet tissue and used paper towels strewn over the floor and the room and fixtures were 'dated' and 'worn'--------> badly in need of updating.We tried to get the Manager's attention but he seemed too busy talking to other table loads of diners. I subsequently emailed my feelings to the restaurant and someone did apologize and offer us two free meals. However, we won’t we taking them up on the offer unless things vastly improve.

Ate here twice during my stay in Brantford. It was average food. Similar to Ruby Tuesdays or TGI Fridays.
