What Tom Oliver doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Coffee here is never hot. Always an annoying lukewarm temperature. You'd think with how long the lineups are and the amount of people they serve that the coffee would be hot. At 7pm, this location closes a small section of it's dining room to enable the staff to adequately clean the bathrooms and that section of the restaurant without disruption and the convenience of Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Employees have the worst customer service. They are not making the order on time neither correct and also refuse to remake the drinks. Their stepped tea is never fresh and smells so bad. Employees are not wearing hair nets for afternoon shift which causes their hair be in foods which is disgusting and plus they refuse to change the food or remake it or refund you.
