I should have option for 0 star or even worst. I tried to contact restaurant after I did take out, my sandwich was not right and when called no answer at all. When I went to the location next day, Employees were nice but the Manger said you would have to come back tomorrow for refund or a new sandwich. Horrible customer service. Guess I'm not eating dinner tonight. I ordered a 6inch steak and cheese through uber eats. My food gets to me and I find there is not steak on the steak and cheese...... so I call the store only to be told that the manager is not in so they can't review to cameras until tomorrow, if the cameras show they messed up then I will get a refund.... I didn't even get a sorry for the inconvenience... So I guess no dinner tonight. I wish I was able to attach the picture of the meatless sub beside the order receipt! Order a 12” chicken teriyaki the meat wasn’t spread out. The young untrained woman asked how to make the sandwich to the other person working behind the counter, she said two scoops. The young woman proceeded to file the two scoops into the middle of the sandwich and failed to spread it out evenly leaving bare bread that she then covered with cheese. The other worker went on her break to go eat at the front of the store right after telling her two scoops If someone is training still then why is she being left alone to make sandwiches that she doesn’t know how to prepare.
