Barburrito - Brant Canada

I've tried this location a couple times. This time was especially bad. I left with only my wife's order and thought about leaving it there. The service took away my appetite. She was so rude and just threw the sour cream salsa in to the takeout box. I will opt to go somewhere else, other locations have been great. Just threw in the toppings very sparingly as well. Will never go here again! I went there last night for a burrito. I got a Jerk chicken burrito and it tasted fishy. I couldn’t finish it of course and have been feeling sick since. I also saw a cockroach on the floor which shouldve been my first indication of possible issues. Most disappointing 20$ I have ever spent! Been eating burrito to so many places in different cities. But here particular this store they are serving less in bowl. Bowl was almost half empty. And it cost same as other places. Delicious food and great customer service. First time at barburrito and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. Answered all my questions and gave great suggestions.
