Silver Dollar City Sampling Events

The food was decent, but it certainly wasn’t homemade, despite the impression they tried to create. While the experience was enjoyable and the service was friendly, the prices felt a bit steep for what was offered. They could lower the cost by about $10 per person, as it clearly isn’t worth $22 each. Overall, this buffet left me feeling some buyer's remorse.

Was horribly disappointed. This was the first time in 25 years that have been let down by SDC. The food was far below standards, nor did it match what had been advertised online. The whole reason for paying 21 dollars a person was to sample the cusines brought in for the festival, only a few things were actually on the buffet. Most of which was disgusting, everyone in our party left fighting waves of nausea. All in all we felt ripped off with the whole experience.

Didn't offer everything that was supposed to be offered. Food was not hot....lukewarm at best.

My family had a wonderful dinner at the BBQ sampling. The mac and cheese was exceptional! Everything was delicious and there was more than enough food. My daughter loved the desserts so much that she had one of everything. The women who served us were all friendly, helpful, and kind. The atmosphere was just right for a lovely family dinner.

The food was quite disappointing given the price. Additionally, the staff was constantly rearranging tables and chairs while we were dining, which made for a distracting atmosphere. We won't be returning.
