Auntie Anne's - Branson

The food was decent, but the staff was exceptionally nice and friendly. The restaurant was clean and had a pleasantly quiet atmosphere.

I ordered some pretzels after 7 PM, and they tasted like they had been sitting out all day. They were the worst pretzels I've ever had, and unfortunately, one of my kids got sick a couple of hours later.

At the end of my order - which included six items - she asked if I wanted a bag. Of course, I did! It would have made much more sense for them to put everything in a bag before handing it to me, as I've experienced at other Auntie Anne's locations. While I understand she was still learning, it was clear that she lacked knowledge about the menu. They should have had someone more experienced there to assist and train her rather than leaving her alone at the counter. Not everyone will be as patient as I was, and overall, the experience was quite unpleasant.

Good pretzels they have original nuggets ,Cinnabon sugar nuggets ,mini dogs , pretzel salty and unsalted ,lemonades and coffees they even have cinnabons here .

Pretzels are good, but the service is horrible. Second time here in a month and all of the employees are rude especially the cash register guy. He also refuses to listen to what you are saying and just all around lacks customer service.
